Changes in Leadership Enrich Catholic Eldercare's Mission and Excellence in Care
Catholic Eldercare is pleased to announce two new leadership roles:
Marie Barta, Director of Operations, Skilled Care
Stephanie Capelle, Director of Operations, Housing & Community Based Services
Marie and Stephanie will be combining efforts to better serve our Skilled Care and Senior housing residents, improving upon our successful programs, and leading our communities through the new Minnesota Assisted Living licensure process. Here is a little more about these two, please join us in welcoming both leaders.
Marie Barta brings three decades of success in the senior care industry, beginning as a nursing assistant to most recently as a campus administrator. Using her in-depth experience, she has led organizations to a Five Star Status and national quality awards, while strengthening operations at the same time. Marie takes an innovative approach to her work and is a strong believer in taking care of and developing her staff to deliver excellent care to our residents. Marie enjoys a good Netflix binge every so often, but can also be found out in the fresh air running, biking or hiking with her family.
Stephanie Capelle comes to us with ten years of experience in senior housing and is passionate about her work and has been involved in industry related associations from the start of her career. Her expertise in regulatory standards combined with a drive for a higher standard of care, is reflected in her communications style – meeting regularly with residents and families to ensure needs are met. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys time with her husband, chasing two young boys everywhere, camping, boating, and tending her fruit & vegetable garden in the summer.
